Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms govern your access to the CryptoBound website, multiplayer game, accounts, virtual economy, wallet features, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use, especially purchases, wallet connections, token functionality, and restricted game modes. You must be legally permitted to use each feature in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep it updated, and maintain one accountable owner for each account. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials and connected wallet. Do not sell, rent, share, transfer, or trade accounts; impersonate another person; or bypass account limits. CryptoBound staff will never ask for your password, private key, seed phrase, or wallet recovery words.

3. Permission to use the Service

CryptoBound grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful entertainment. The software, artwork, maps, characters, interfaces, branding, and game data remain protected by intellectual-property law. Except where expressly allowed, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service.

4. Virtual items, NFTs, and CBT

Risk notice: CBT, NFTs, rewards, and other game assets may be volatile, illiquid, changed, restricted, or lose all utility or value. CryptoBound does not promise profit, appreciation, continuous liquidity, or future availability. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Game balances and off-chain items are licensed features, not bank deposits or guaranteed property. Published rules may allow certain NFTs or tokens to exist on a public blockchain, but network availability, fees, smart-contract behavior, and third-party markets are outside CryptoBound’s complete control. Economy parameters, rewards, supply, prices, fees, limits, cooldowns, eligibility, and features may change to preserve security, balance, sustainability, or legal compliance.

5. Wallets and blockchain transactions

You are solely responsible for controlling your wallet, safeguarding its credentials, confirming addresses and networks, and paying applicable network fees. Blockchain transactions are generally public and irreversible. CryptoBound cannot recover assets sent to a wrong or unsupported address, reverse a confirmed transaction, or restore a lost private key. We may pause wallet features during maintenance, congestion, suspected fraud, contract risk, or legal review.

6. Competitive and wager-style modes

Roulette, mines, PvP bets, swaps, and similar systems are game features subject to published rules, limits, eligibility, and availability. You must not use a feature where local law prohibits it. Collusion, match fixing, multi-account manipulation, self-dealing, exploiting predictable outcomes, laundering value, artificial volume, or using privileged information is prohibited. We may void affected in-game results, place temporary holds, investigate linked accounts, and restrict a feature when reasonably necessary.

7. Fair play and prohibited conduct

8. Enforcement and related accounts

Authorized moderators and game masters may investigate conduct and apply warnings, content removal, chat restrictions, reward or ranking corrections, temporary holds, feature restrictions, suspensions, and permanent bans. Accounts reasonably linked by ownership, devices, network patterns, payments, wallets, transactions, or coordinated behavior may be reviewed together. Serious fraud, theft, exploitation, or attacks may be reported to providers or authorities. You may request review through Contact Us.

9. User content and communications

You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. You grant CryptoBound a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and moderate the Service. You confirm you have permission to submit it. Public chat and profiles should not be treated as private.

10. Purchases, fees, and refunds

Review the item, price, wallet address, network, and fee before purchase. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or an offer expressly says so, completed digital deliveries and consumed virtual items are final and non-refundable. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks, payment fraud, or duplicate claims may result in restrictions while investigated. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Service availability and changes

We may patch, rebalance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, assets, servers, or the Service. Maintenance, network events, attacks, bugs, force majeure, and third-party failures may cause interruptions or delays. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Third-party services

Wallets, blockchains, marketplaces, payment providers, social networks, and external links are independently operated. Their terms, fees, risks, and privacy policies apply. CryptoBound is not responsible for third-party acts, content, outages, or security.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, or asset value. CryptoBound and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost profits, wallet compromise outside our control, market changes, or third-party network failures. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security threats, fraud risk, legal requirements, extended inactivity, or discontinuation. Provisions concerning ownership, content, risk, enforcement, disclaimers, and disputes survive where their nature requires it.

15. Disputes and applicable law

Before formal proceedings, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by mandatory laws and courts applicable to the operator and user; nothing removes consumer protections or rights that cannot be waived in your country.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for new features, security needs, economy changes, or law. The revised version will appear here with a new date. Material changes may also be announced through an official channel. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance.

17. Contact

Questions, reports, and appeals may be submitted through the in-game Contact Us feature or official CryptoBound Facebook Page. Never send a password, private key, seed phrase, or recovery code.
