Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how CryptoBound collects, uses, protects, and discloses information when you visit our website, create an account, play the game, contact support, connect a wallet, or use related features (together, the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Account information, such as username, email address, authentication records, account settings, and age or eligibility confirmations.
- Public wallet addresses and blockchain transaction identifiers. We do not need—and will never ask for—your wallet seed phrase or private key.
- Gameplay and economy records, including matches, rankings, guilds, inventory, NFT rewards, CBT activity, swaps, withdrawals, roulette, mines, PvP bets, and fraud-prevention holds.
- Content you provide, including chat, profile details, reports, support messages, and uploaded images or audio.
- Technical and security data, such as IP address, approximate country, browser/device information, session identifiers, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and indicators of abuse or unauthorized automation.
- Public blockchain data and information received from service providers when required to complete a feature you request.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and authenticate the Service; maintain accounts, inventories, rankings, and transactions; deliver rewards; prevent cheating, scams, account theft, money laundering, collusion, and other abuse; enforce our rules; investigate reports; provide support; diagnose failures; improve game balance and performance; communicate important notices; and comply with applicable law.
3. Legal grounds
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the game, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where specifically requested. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Wallets and public blockchains
Only connect a wallet you control. Never post a seed phrase, private key, password, or recovery code in chat or support messages.
5. When information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose the minimum necessary information to infrastructure, security, communication, analytics, blockchain, or payment providers acting for us; to professional advisers; to authorities when legally required; to protect users and the Service; or as part of a merger, financing, or transfer of the project, subject to safeguards. Public profile, ranking, guild, match, marketplace, wallet, and blockchain information may be visible to other users by design.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies, session storage, and similar technologies necessary for sign-in, security, preferences, and core game functions. Blocking essential storage may prevent the Service from working correctly.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary. Account data may be removed or anonymized after a valid deletion request, but security logs, dispute records, economy ledgers, backups, and evidence of rule violations may be retained when needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or claims. Public blockchain records are outside our control and cannot be deleted.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, session protection, monitoring, and abuse detection. No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, wallet, devices, and recovery credentials, and for notifying us promptly of suspected compromise.
9. Children and younger players
The Service is not intended for children under 13. Users below the age of legal majority where they live must have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian, particularly for purchases, wallet connections, token features, and any game mode restricted by local law.
10. International processing
The Service and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
11. Your choices and rights
Subject to local law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal information, or object to some processing. We may verify account ownership first. Rights may be limited where retention is necessary for security, disputes, legal duties, or game-economy integrity. Public blockchain transactions cannot be altered by CryptoBound.
12. Third-party services and links
Wallets, blockchain networks, social networks, payment services, and external websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Review those policies before using them. CryptoBound is not responsible for independent third-party practices.
13. Policy changes
We may update this Policy as the Service, law, or technology changes. We will publish the revised version here and change the “last updated” date. Material changes may also be announced in the game or through an official channel.
14. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the in-game Contact Us feature or contact the official CryptoBound Facebook Page. Do not send passwords, private keys, or seed phrases.
